3.  Complete the application.

4.  After completing the application, save the app to your computer. You can do so by right-clicking and saving.  Or on the top right corner of the page, there is a menu that will appear when you move your cursor to that area. Then click the down arrow with the line under it to save it to your computer. It will save as a credit app.
